30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be metA Return must be be filled out with all of the required and correct information within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting Customer Support at support@storemic.com.
All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return or the return may not be processed.
To obtain your Returm number submit the following information

Proof of purchase (screenshot or photo of your receipt or order confirmation)
Photos to support the details of the problem, if applicable (e.g. broken or missing parts)
Additional terms and conditions
The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges to return the product. In addition, the customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Storemic.
If you return a product to Storemic from our customer support team or without all parts included in the original package, Storemic retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return.
The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for Storemic to credit your account.
Returns will only be processed for products purchased directly from Storemic .
Warranty Process
All Warranty claims must be made only within a 1-year period from the purchased date. If a product defect arises within the allowable time, submit the following information to the Storemic customer support team via our website:Full details of the problem that you are experiencing with the product

If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Storemic will either,repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
Storemic is not responsible for loss or revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, damage to, compromise or, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse or inability to use this product, or any other breach of warranty or condition regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if Storemic has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nor shall recovery of any kind against Storemic be greater than the purchase price of the product. Without limiting the foregoing, purchaser assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage of injury to purchaser and purchaser’s property and to others and their property arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use this product sold by Storemic not caused directly by the negligence of.
